A question I often get is, “How much does it cost to start a podcast?” and I’m always quick to reply, the cost to start a podcast is free! That’s right, as long as you have a smartphone and a quiet place to record, you can start a podcast. There are no rules no how to record a podcast, the goal is to just get the episode recorded and uploaded to share. If you took out your iPhone, pulled up the Voice Recorder app, and hit record, well then you are now a podcaster!
